8:00 Am or 9:00 Am

One bowl of cereal ( Any kind with Skim Milk and that's all ! Don't Eat more than One !! )

One Glass of Orange Juice that is reasonable ! ( Don't Drink more than One !! )

2 pieces of wheat bread toast with very little amount of butter or margarine ,..and I mean very little ) ,... NO BACON !! NO CHEESY STUFF !

I piece of cantaloupe <--- THIS IS HEALTHY ,..and you can eat several pieces of it !!

Don't eat bananas <--- These are very fattening !! 

You can eat 2 strawberry's !! 

2 slices of Deli Turkey <--- This will give you protein - Don't eat more than 2 !!

11:00 Am <---- Take your Acai Pills as directed on the bottle !!

Go to Carl's Jr and eat One chicken Sandwich with NO MAYO !! OR MCdONALDS OR ANY OF THOSE !! NO CHEESE EITHER !! the Lettuce is Good , the bun is ok if you eat just one !

NO FRENCH FRIES !! DIET DRINK ONLY !! AT ABOUT 1:00 PM, TAKE A VITAMIN LIKE A CENTRUM ONE A DAY ,..if you want, you can take a "Nature's Bounty " Garlic liquid gel with it ! This is healthy and good for your heart and there are studies that garlic may fight cancer although this might be bad for your breath ,..but there are many odorless garlic's out there !! buy one !!

Try the Turkey Burger or Eat One Big Mac with NO MAYO AND NO CHEESE AND THAT'S ALL AND NO MORE AND ZERO FRIES !!

EAT FRUIT OR CANTALOUPE TOO ,... KEEP IT SMALL AND REASONABLE ! EAT A GREEN APPLE - EAT A SMALL SALAD WITH IT , WITH VERY LOW CALORIE DRESSING ,..AND I MEAN VERY LOW !

YER GONNA GET HUNGRY ,... EAT HALF A SMALL SNICKERS BAR ,..AND I MEAN ONLY A HALF

DON'T EAT SPAGHETTI AND OR CHEESE !!

EAT COOKED VEGGIES WITH TURKEY OR CHICKEN MEAT ,..AND ONE SMALL REASONABLE PLATE AND NO MORE !!

NO FRENCH FRIES !! ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE !! NO ICE CREAM FOR DESERT - DISCIPLINE !! EAT FRUIT LIKE STRAWBERRY'S WITH IT BUT KEEP IT SMALL - NO BANANAS <--- THAT'S FATTENING ! ONE SMALL GLASS OF OJ !! OR ONE DIET COKE !

OR GO EAT ONE BIC MAC WITH NO CHEESE AND NO MAYO ,..OR ONE CHICKEN SANDWICH AT BURGER KING OR JACK IN THE BOX WITH NO FRIES , NO CHEESE, NO MAYO - EAT A HEALTHY VEGGIE WITH IT ,..LIKE A GREEN APPLE OR RAW ASPARAGUS STICKS !!

NO GLASSES OF MILK <--THAT'S FATTENING ,..INSTEAD TRY A HALF A GLASS OF SKIM MILK AND ONE HALF ONLY ,...NOW IT'S TIME TO HIT THE TREADMILL FOR ONE HALF HOUR ,..PUT IT ON NUMBER '4' AT 8:00 TO 9:00 PM - TAKE IT EASY - DON'T OVER DO IT ,..IF YOU FEEL TOO DIZZY THEN TAKE A BREAK !

10:00 PM : GO TO SLEEP

WAKE UP AND DO IT AGAIN

STICK TO THE PLAN

4; NO MAYO
5; NO COKES AND PEPSI'S UNLESS DIET
6; ONE BOWL OF CEREAL ONLY - DON'T OVER DO IT !! I KNOW IT'S TEMPTING !! THAT CEREAL TASTE'S GOOD ,...BUT WATCH OUT: IT CAN BE VERY FATTENING !!
7; NO BANANAS <-- THOSE ARE REAL FATTENING !

ONE BOWL OF PROPERLY COOKED OATMEAL NOW AND THEN IS GOOD <---BUT DON'T OVER DO IT HERE !!

MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR HALF HOUR RUN EVERY DAY AND DON'T OVER DO IT !! DON'T DO IT TOO MUCH WHERE YOU GET TOO DIZZY !!

8: NO FRIED CHICKEN <--- GRILLED ONLY !!

MISCELLANEOUS

1: A GLASS OF WATER WITH 100 % LEMON JUICE OR RAW LEMON SQUEEZED IN IS EXCELLENT <--- DRINK THAT A FEW TIMES A DAY ,...DON'T ADD SUGAR TO IT !! THIS HELPS DETOXIFY THE BLOOD AND HELPS INCREASE OXYGEN FLOW !!

2: RAW ONIONS CHOPPED UP AND PUT IN YOUR FOOD OR EATEN RAW IS GOOD FOR YOU - FOR YOUR HEART TOO BECAUSE OF THE SULFUR CONTENT - IT'S KINDA LIKE NITRO ,...AND ALSO RAW GARLIC ,..THOUGH IT'S BAD FOR BREATH SO BEWARE !!

3: RAW TOMATOES ARE GOOD !! EAT THOSE WITH YOUR FOOD !!

4; KIWI FRUIT IS GOOD - EAT A FEW ,...BUT WATCH OUT <--- THESE ARE FATTENING !!

5; AVOID THINGS WITH SALT <----- DON'T EAT BURRITOS ! 

6: REMEMBER !! FRENCH FRIES ARE REAL BAD <--- DON'T EAT THOSE ! AND AVOID CARL'S JR. ONION RINGS TOO !

7: RAW CARROTS ARE GOOD BUT BE CAREFUL - TOO MANY CAN MAKE YOU DIZZY - THEY GOT A LOT OF VITAMIN A AND OTHER STUFF IN THEM THAT CAN MAKE YOU FEEL WEIRD !

IF YOU DO SLIP UP AND EAT SOME OF THE BAD STUFF, ..IT MAY MEAN YOU'LL HAVE TO WORK OUT ( RUN ) Some EXTRA TIME !    ( Remember: it's "Calories in and Calories out" !,..and nothing beats sweat for results ,.. but Good diet can go a long way and really HELP TOO !! )...  

IF YOU HAVE TO EAT STEAK ,... JUST EAT ONE LITTLE PIECE OF IT ,..AND THAT'S ALL ! DON'T OVER DO IT !!
